The world's largest giant panda breeding center in Sichuan province will be set up by the end of this year, with a capacity to house about 200 of the endangered animals.
The new center, which lies in the Wolong Nature Reserve, will cover 1 sq km, including 20 outdoor homes and a 20,000-sq-m playground.
世界上最大的大熊猫繁育基地有望于今年底在四川建成。届时，新基地可容纳200只左右的大熊猫生存和繁殖。
这个新基地位于卧龙自然保护区，占地约1平方公里，拥有20个大熊猫野外饲养、繁殖圈舍和一个近两万平方米的大熊猫户外运动场。

Samsung Group Chairman announces resignation

Lee Kun-hee said Tuesday he will step down from his post at the top of South Korea's biggest conglomerate following his indictment on tax evasion charges.
On Thursday, Special prosecutors indicted Lee on charges of evading 112.8 billion won in taxes, ending a three-month probe in the family-run conglomerate which was prompted by allegations of wrongdoing by a former Samsung lawyer.

三星集团董事长李健熙被控逃税，于周二宣布辞去董事长一职。
