房产老板哀悼亡母给楼盘降价
Real estate guru cuts property prices in commemoration of his mother.

近日，甘肃一房产商将开发楼盘的房子最高每平方米降价260元以哀悼母亲病逝。
消息传出后，市民反应不一，也引起了网友的争议。
某报上刊登了该房产老总的感言，感言写道：“……我决心要把这次降价的事做到底，以表哀悼，愿天下的母亲都能‘老有所养、病有所医、住有所居’，以告慰她老人家在天之灵。”
Recently, in Gansu, a boss of real estate reduced the price of his properties by a maximum of 260 RMB/m2, to commemorate his lately died mother.
People have different reaction to it and some are even disputing about it on the internet.
His speech was published on a newspaper saying, “…in order to grieve over my mother’s death, I decided to carry the sales through to the end. I wish all mothers in the world have good children, good medical treatment, and good accommodation.”

火车过后，这名少年从铁轨上爬起来，朝镜头踢了踢腿，表示自己没受伤。

On Youtube.com, a frightening video of a young man lying on railway was released.
British Police warned the public that anyone who tries it will be accused.
In the video, a young man lied on his stomach on the sleepers of a railway. A train ran fast over him.
After the train left, the young man stood up again and lifted his leg to show he was not hurt at all.
